When I spoke to the agent I was told fast passes included with my offer of 9 parks. This wasn’t the case when I then spoke to someone else I was told they no longer did fast passes as this was replaced with Genie+ I assumed the is ment I would have the Genie+ but no if we wanted this it was an extra $65 a day. Tried to not this ruin our holiday and we start working our way through the parks and on one of the day and a $20 Uber we arrived at a park that was closed!!! $20 Uber back to hotel and I messaged Florida Tix to be told they have the right to close parks at any time as this is on there terms and conditions. $40 waisted in Ubers and 1 lost park and not as much as an apology. I just can’t see how they can charge us a family of 4 for 9 parks and only let us go to 8. Rip off I would never use this company again. Before we got out tickets they were fast on the replying now we wait days for contact

Excellent Service
I emailed Floridatix as I was worried I had left my booking too late to receive tickets on time for travel. Email was answered in less than 24 hours.
I made my order and provided Penny with the booking reference and names of all ticket holders and she quickly arranged for the tickets to be issued as etickets rather than being sent in the post. Everything was resolved in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend using Floridatix

I rang FloridaTix customer service to take 2 people off our booking who had to cancel due to illness. The agent (Lizzie Higgs) was incredibly compassionate and helpful. Thus is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them.

Amazingly last night we realised that we had left our Universal Studio tickets back in the UK while on our trip to Florida. I can only congratulate Matthew on forwarding replacement details so promptly so that we were able to attend the park today. Amazing customer service ! Thank you.

I don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion I felt the need to because of how helpful Jennie was in dealing with my request. Incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and she couldn't have handled my request in a better manner. As a result I Floridatix will be my go to in the future for any Florida bookings as I know I will be look after and have flexibility in my booking, once again, Thank You Jennie!

I have had to cancel and re-book my FloridaTix Discovery Cove tickets more times than I care to admit due to 2 years of consistent set-backs with our holiday. The team at FloridaTix have been wonderful each time. I never dread calling for help, I have been assisted, accomodated, advised and re-scheduled with the best of customer service on every call.
I would not hesitate to recommend FloridaTix to anyone and everyone heading to Florida.

Having had to postpone our holiday, one phonecall with Penny & our tickets were transferred immediately to our new dates. Excellent customer service.

I booked 3 attractions with great ease of the website and tickets sent within 48hrs. Perfect.

I realised after I had booked a wrong date on one to which I phoned to correct .I Spoke to a professional and friendly lady Penny who could not be more helpful and arranged the new date etc immediately.

Excellent and extremely quick response from Penny this morning after a mistake I made when purchasing tickets. Filled out the contact us form as soon as I realised my mistake and had a reply within minutes to say it was rectified. Thank you so much, she has stopped me from being a stressful mess all day!

Seen this site on google and been buying tickets for 20 years but tried this company, tickets were cheaper than any other website. As I ordered them some time away from my holiday we still had the Disney portion of the tickets emailed and set up by a very helpful staff member PENNY . H. as a code and immediately added to our Disney App helping us to reserve our days we wanted to go in the future.Highly recommended.

Used this company last month for our stay we've just returned from, I missed the 5 percent promo they had on so contacted them via chat and they set me up a private sale with the discount on my disney tickets and discovery cove. Tickets arrived within around 30 min, both e tickets which worked great for us as we had magic bands and just linked the tickets.

Fast and efficient.

Penny was Amazing, sorted our discovery cove,combo tickets etc. all hassle free and penny was very helpful at all times. Will definitely use floridatix again, and hopefully speak to penny. A ⭐️

Was helped today by JOANNE who really put my mind at ease with 'peace of mind' policy. She was helpfull, polite, chatty and genuinely intetested. I purchased universal & disney tickets. Great customer service. A big tic from me.

Absolutely disgusting complete false advertisement. Booked 3 parks for the price of 2 got to the third park and it was invalid. I phoned the “24 hour helpline” to explain the situation and they were shut!!
Afterc spending an hour in an Uber to get there and a very disappointed child unable to enter the park! I purchased the water park on the door and rang floridatix the following day to explain and they said there was nothing they could do and were reluctant to refund even just the cost of one park after spending a lot of money through them! They claimed I just booked the wrong tickets when this is not the case as it clearly advertises 3 parks for the price of 2! This apparently included sea world, bush gardens and aquatica but aquatica does not work.
Do not be fooled!!
